Does Kemah Boardwalk have a beach?
There are no public beaches in Kemah. The Holiday Inn is adjacent to parking lots for the famous Kemah Boardwalk. Excellent location to walk to all the restaurants, boat rides, carnival rides and shops in the Boardwalk. Also, about 6 other restaurants on the edges of Boardwalk parking lots and more shops too.
Do you have to wear a mask at Kemah Boardwalk?

At all of our Landry’s properties in Texas, we will continue to screen our employees daily and require them to wear face masks at this time and will continue to reevaluate weekly. Clothing with explicit language is not allowed.

Landry’s, the company responsible for operating the boardwalk, will reopen all rides with a special wristband offering unlimited access for three days at all three parks. You cannot bring personal food or drinks onto the Boardwalk. There are public picnic tables for your own food. Hope it’s just small snacks because you don’t want to carry all those items with you. You could be on rides, boating, walking around or shopping.

Tickets start at $4 per ticket. You must buy a Pier Walk-On Pass to gain access to the pier. A Pier Pass must be purchased for entrance to the Pleasure Pier for everyone older than three years old. The Pier Pass allows you to enjoy the Pier without riding the rides.
