Can you fish in Kemah?
There are a couple of places to park your car along Todville Rd, you can either fish the bay itself or the little lagoon that is along 146. A lot of people bank fish along Todville Rd and just throw their baits under the Todville Rd bridge.
Can you fish off Kemah Boardwalk?
