Why didnt Hannibal kill Clarice?
Clarice isn’t a predator. She isn’t in the FBI for the hunt, or for the kill/capture. She’s there to protect the innocent, to save the “lambs”. Hannibal doesn’t associate Clarice with his sister’s killers.
